The Initial Setup Fee paid for onboarding an organisation onto the DiCerVe platform is generally:

Registration is completed,

Platform access is activated,

Verification processes are initiated, or

Administrative onboarding work has commenced.
5. Verification Service Charges
Charges paid for:

Employee verification

Vendor verification

Certificate validation

Related verification services
are generally non-refundable after service initiation.
Refunds shall not be granted merely because:

Verification results are unfavorable

Expected outcomes are not achieved

Users discontinue usage voluntarily
6. Subscription Fees
Where subscription-based services are introduced:

Subscription fees shall be billed according to the applicable plan

Mid-cycle cancellations may not qualify for prorated refunds unless specifically approved by DiCerVe
Future subscription terms may be separately notified.
7. Eligible Refund Situations
